Historical overview

Cleaning service Blistavi dom d.o.o. was established in 2015 in Zadar and since then has recorded continuous growth in all fields. Below you can read the most important events in our short, but interesting history.

September, 2015

Establishment of Blistavi dom

On September 25, 2015, director Blaženka decided to turn her love of cleaning into a real business. It was celebrated until late at night, and tomorrow we went into action!

January, 2016

Acquisition of new clients

We are slowly creating a network of regular customers who are with us even today. We are mainly focused on services related to tourism – hosting and cleaning of villas and apartments.

April, 2017

Changing business models

We understand that we cannot focus only on the cleaning of touristic facilities, so we are working intensively on the development of cleaning services for business and residential premises and also post construction cleaning.

September, 2018

New services

We are upgrading our service portfolio and introducing deep cleaning of furniture, machine floor washing and stairway cleaning.

December, 2019

Record growth

We are conquering 2019 and achieving income growth of more than 50%. The biggest job was cleaning the newly built 108 unit building.

New office

Inovativni Zadar recognizes our ambition and innovation, so we are moving to a bigger business space. The business incubator is just what we need.

January, 2021

Big changes

We decided to expand our business to other parts of the Republic of Croatia. We are developing a franchise and our own line of cleaning products. We are turning to digitalization, robotization and artificial intelligence.
