How do we work?

You hear from some of us over the phone and email, you meet some of us at the front door, you chat with us and send us your reservations, you give us instructions before cleaning. Still, you must know that you have never heard or seen some of us, but all of us are always there for you.

The cleaning sector is by no means boring; we adapt to the needs of our clients on a daily basis, we write a schedule for the employees and we try to keep up with modern technological achievements. Our task is by no means easy, but it is clear to us that we must always deliver the best cleaning service to everyone!

In Blistavi dom, we do the possible out of the impossible. We have made the cleaning job interesting and that is why we are progressing together every day.

Blaženka Golub/ CEO & Owner /

Very kind and communicative in private and very dedicated and successful in business. She participates in the creation of the company's strategy on a daily basis, and during the season she is capable of being in several places at the same time.

Tonka Golub/ Finance & Strategy /

She has finance at has fingertips, and she is even better with strategy development. In private very social, and in business very precise and direct. Her super power is that she can work day and night, few days in a row, without sleeping for a second.

Mateo Čakarun/ Sales & Marketing /

Since I am the one writing this text, I will not brag. In fact, I will point out just a few of my shortcomings, such as harassment with posts and stories on Facebook and Instagram, saying thank you to clients for a hundred times etc.

She skillfully stores job applications and does not forget anyone's name and her communicativeness is the key to managing public relations. During the season, she always pulls an ace up her sleeve which is why there is never a shortage of workers.
