Cancellation policy

The goal of our company is to make cleaning services available to as many users as possible. Simple ordering process gives our customers quick access to quality services performed by our cleaning team. Although we want to provide flexibility to our customers, it is necessary to follow and respect our rules and business conditions.

Our rules are designed to promote reliability, consistency and security for all our clients, experts and employees. We are aware of the rapid change of schedule, the multitude of obligations of our clients and the need to cancel or skip reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we have a duty to protect our employees from wasting time and improper work organization. In order to ensure appropriate working hours and adherence to the schedule, we apply cancellation fees within 24 hours before the start of the reservation.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation 48 hours or more before service

In case of cancellation 48 or more hours before the start of the agreed service, no exit fee will be charged.

Cancellation from 24 to 48 hours before service

In case of cancellation from 24 to 48 hours before the start of the service, a fee in the amount of 240.00 HRK will be charged. VAT is not included in the amount of the stated fee.

Cancellation within 24 hours

In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the service, a fee in the amount of HRK 400.00 will be charged. VAT is not included in the amount of the stated fee.

If there is a justified reason for canceling the reservation within the aforementioned periods, it is possible to agree upon a new date for the service.
